Material: 200g chicken, ½ tsp pink salt, ½ tsp sugar, white wine
Chicken marinade: 1 sp soy sauce, 2 sp mirin, 1 sp sugar, 1 tsp garlic puree, ½ tsp ginger puree
Batter: 1 egg, 1 tsp mayonnaise, 4 sp corn starch, pink salt, black pepper
1. Cut chicken into dice, poke them with fork, mix with salt and sugar then put them into white wine. 2. Marinade chicken in 30 minutes or 1 day. 3. Prepare batter: Bowl A: Mix egg and mayonnaise. Bowl B: Corn starch, salt and black pepper 4. Heat oven in 190 C for 10 minutes. Prepare aluminum foil and brush the surface with cooking oil. 5. Take out chickens, put them in bowl A, then coat them in bowl B. Brush the surface with a bit olive oil. 6. Put chicken on aluminum foil, fan bake them with both up and down side in 190 C in around 12 minutes till brown color come out from surface. Bake in 230 C for 5-8 minutes till the surface become crispy. |
